Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc. is seeking a Commercial Construction Senior Superintendent to lead on-site activities, enforce safety and quality standards, and manage subcontractors to meet project schedules.

The ideal candidate will have a four-year degree in a related field and 8–10 years of commercial construction experience, with strong leadership and communication skills to drive project success across occupied spaces and fast-paced settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or business preferred.
• 8–10 years in commercial construction and GC environments.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and safety focus required.

Responsibilities

• Direct project work flow on site per schedule and safety/quality standards.
• Lead site team, coordinate subs, and manage daily on-site activities.
• Formulate schedule with project manager and ensure sequence adherence.
• Maintain daily logs, punch lists, and closeout through acceptance.
• Communicate priorities clearly to staff and subcontractors.
