Job summary

R&H Construction seeks a Superintendent to lead on-site supervision and coordination for large commercial projects around $15+ million. You will ensure safety, schedule, budget, and contract compliance while guiding subcontractors and the field team.

The role requires strong leadership, site management, and the ability to read drawings, manage schedules with MS Project, and coordinate inspections. Travel within a 50-mile radius is common, with occasional longer trips.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years supervising commercial projects.
• Experience managing projects in the $5–$15 million range.
• Proficient with MS Project/Primavera and reading drawings.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the project’s master schedule with MS Project in coordination with the PM.
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections and daily site operations.
• Oversee the quality control plan and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Manage site documentation and reporting (daily reports, safety records).
• Lead preconstruction and subcontractor coordination meetings.
• Supervise R&H employees and address performance issues.
• Drive to/from jobsite, office, meetings as needed.
