Job summary

Hensel Phelps is seeking a Project Superintendent to manage the construction process for major projects. You will provide daily coordination and direction to ensure safety, budget adherence, on-schedule delivery, and quality standards in line with customer expectations.

You will lead a team of area superintendents, field engineers, QC and safety personnel, and trade partners, coordinating with the equipment manager and owners to maintain schedules, logistics, and site utilization.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil/structural engineering, architecture, or construction management.
• 7–8 years’ experience on large commercial construction projects.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Prolog, Primavera and Autodesk software.

Responsibilities

• Safety planning is included in all pre‑job planning and is foremost in daily operations.
• Enforce all project, governmental and company safety regulations and requirements.
