Job summary

USA Multifamily Management, Inc. seeks an experienced Community Manager for the 240-unit Vintage Oaks Senior Apartments in Citrus Heights, CA. The role reports to the Regional Manager and is non-exempt with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Overtime and weekend work may be required during lease-up. Salary ranges from $33 to $36 per hour with competitive benefits. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining LIHTC compliance, managing finances, and driving occupancy.

Qualifications

• Two years of on-site property management experience with Tax Credit knowledge.
• Computer skills in Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of YARDI Voyager.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site staff and resources.
• Maintain property budgets and meet financial benchmarks.
• Ensure LIHTC and other regulatory compliance at the property.
• Lead marketing and leasing efforts to meet occupancy goals.
• Prepare monthly income/expense variance and collections reports.
