Job summary

USA Multifamily Management, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for a 224-unit senior community in Riverside, CA. The role reports to the Community Manager and is full-time non-exempt with a competitive hourly salary.

The position requires LIHTC property management experience, strong customer service, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook. A driver’s license is required, with benefits including health, PTO, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• Six months of on-site property management experience at a LIHTC property.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• YARDI Voyager experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with LIHTC and related programs and regulations.
• Process applications and resident recertifications in a timely manner.
• Assist with leasing inquiries, waitlists, and leasing database updates.
• Review community financials and assist with rent collections and delinquency management.
• Coordinate with Community Manager and Compliance Department on duties and reporting.
