USA Multifamily Management, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for Vintage Woods, a 185-unit senior community in Fair Oaks, CA. The role reports to the Community Manager and is a non-exempt, Monday–Friday position with possible overtime for emergencies.

The salary is competitive at $30.00 - $31.00 per hour. The successful candidate will oversee maintenance staff, manage work orders, ensure safety and compliance, and maintain curb appeal across the community.

Formación

• At least two (2) years of experience in maintenance, preferably with apartment maintenance.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Manages overall maintenance of the community and completes work orders on time using an electronic system.
• Supervises, trains and supports maintenance team members in property maintenance and curb appeal.
• Ensures all major repairs are reported to the Community Manager and addressed promptly.
• Demonstrates initiative, collaborates with others, and reliably meets goals and timelines.
• Maintains safety standards and ensures compliance with policies and regulations.
• Schedules maintenance projects and oversees third‑party vendors when applicable.
