USA Multifamily Management, Inc. seeks a Community Manager for Vintage Oaks Senior Apartments, Citrus Heights, CA. The role oversees a 240-unit senior community, reports to the Regional Manager, and operates Monday–Friday with overtime and weekend flexibility during lease-up. Salary ranges from $33 to $36 per hour.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining occupancy and rent targets, and ensuring LIHTC compliance. Strong budget, marketing, and reporting skills are required.

Qualifications

• Two years of on-site property management experience with Tax Credit knowledge.
• MS Word and Excel proficiency.
• Knowledge of YARDI Voyager.

Responsibilities

• Supervise community staff and ensure operations meet budgeted goals.
• Maintain occupancy and rent levels for LIHTC properties.
• Oversee marketing, leasing, and resident relations.
• Prepare monthly variance and collections reports.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC and other programs.
