USA Multifamily Management, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for a 224-unit senior community in Riverside, CA. The role reports to the Community Manager and is a full-time, non-exempt position with a competitive hourly salary between $24 and $27 depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will assist in leasing, compliance, financial reviews, resident relations, and daily operations, supporting achievement of community goals and ensuring Fair Housing and other laws are followed.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of on-site property management experience at a Tax Credit community.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with LIHTC and related program requirements.
• Process applications and timely resident recertifications.
• Maximize rental income and monitor aged receivables.
