Job summary

USA Multifamily Management, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for our 240-unit Senior Community in Citrus Heights, CA.

This non-exempt, full-time role reports to the Community Manager, with a competitive hourly salary of $28–$31 depending on experience. Responsibilities include LIHTC compliance, rent processing, resident relations, lease follow-up, input into YARDI Voyager, and collaboration with the team to maximize occupancy and income.

Qualifications

• Minimum six (6) months of on-site property management experience at a Tax Credit; Section 42 property (LIHTC).
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Valid driver’s license from the state where you reside.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains LIHTC and other regulatory compliance.
• Process applications and resident recertifications on time.
• Post rent payments and subsidies where applicable.
• Handle resident concerns and lease-related inquiries.
• Collaborate with Community Manager to maximize occupancy and income.
