Job summary

Key responsibilities include coordinating print/fulfillment projects, evaluating data integrity, and resolving issues to maintain exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of related experience in client service.
• Proven ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.
• SQL querying or similar data tools; proficiency with Excel suite and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Master assigned client business processes and serve as primary day-to-day relationship manager for high-revenue accounts.
• Coordinate print and fulfillment projects, communicating client objectives, schedules, and requirements across internal teams.
• Evaluate technical project requirements, data integrity, and workflows using SQL/database queries; collaborate with IT, Creative, Operations, and Sales.
• Own issue resolution by investigating, escalating, and addressing client concerns and internal workflow issues.
• Negotiate SLA deviations and determine commitments such as expedited shipping or overtime to meet critical delivery needs.
