Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Client Specialist/On Site for a full-time on-site role at a client site in Little Rock, AR. You will manage relationships, coordinate print projects, and ensure service levels while collaborating with IT, Creative, Operations, and Sales teams.

Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, data integrity, and workflows, resolving issues, and negotiating SLA deviations to meet urgent delivery needs. Strong SQL and ERP skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of related business experience in client service.
• Ability to work autonomously with challenging clients and exercise judgment.
• Proficiency in SQL or similar querying tools and general coding knowledge.
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, ERP and related software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day relationship manager for high-revenue client accounts.
• Coordinate print and fulfillment projects across internal departments with clear objectives.
• Evaluate project requirements, data integrity, and workflows with IT and Operations teams.
• Own the issue resolution process, investigating and addressing client concerns.
• Negotiate SLA deviations and determine commitments to meet critical delivery needs.
