Job summary

Avery Dennison seeks an on-site Client Specialist to manage high-revenue client relationships from a major client site. The role involves proactive planning, project management, and ensuring client objectives are met with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include coordinating print/fulfillment projects, assessing technical requirements, and resolving client concerns through collaboration with IT, Creative, Operations, and Sales teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a similar field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 3–5 years of related business experience and/or training in client service.
• Proven ability to work autonomously with limited supervision and strong judgment.
• Experience with SQL or similar databases and proficiency in Excel/Office tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Master assigned client business processes and serve as the primary day-to-day relationship manager for high-revenue accounts.
• Coordinate print and fulfillment projects, defining objectives and schedules across internal teams.
• Evaluate project requirements and data integrity, using SQL queries and IT/Creative/Operations collaboration.
• Own the issue resolution process and address client concerns independently.
• Negotiate SLA deviations and determine commitments to meet delivery requirements.
