Metropolitan Jewish Health System, Inc. seeks an On Call RN Supervisor to lead Call Center staff in handling clinical and non-clinical issues, ensuring high-quality patient care and timely decision-making.

The role provides guidance, escalates complex cases to the Team Manager, AOC, or Hospice Medical Director on call, and delivers telephonic interventions aligned with the Plan of Care to support patients and families.

Qualificações

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN or BS degree preferred
• Three years of Hospice nursing experience
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• 2-5 years Hospice On Call required
• New York State RN licensure
• NYS valid license preferred
• Current CHPN certification preferred

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership, support, and guidance to Call Center staff for clinical and non-clinical issues and situations.
• Elevate complex issues to Team Manager, AOC or Hospice MD on call.
• Provide quality professional telephonic intervention to patients based on the Plan of Care.
