Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Maintains current unencumbered license to practice in FLORIDA as a Registered Nurse.
• Preferably has two years of hospice/homecare experience.

Responsibilities

• Responds to Hospice patient census and family needs during after-hours.
• Performs urgent physical and psychosocial assessments of patient and family.
• Provides comprehensive nursing care focusing on pain and symptom management.
• Documents patient care thoroughly and timely; maintains clinical records.
