Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking an accomplished Order Management Systems (OMS) Leader to drive multi-region transformation programs.

You will guide design, configuration, and rollout of an enterprise OMS platform, coordinating with product, architecture, and delivery leads to align scope and technical approach. The role requires hands-on OMS delivery experience, strong integration knowledge across ecommerce, warehouse, and logistics domains, and proven ability to lead distributed teams in agile

Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years in software engineering or commerce platforms with hands-on OMS delivery.
Proven experience leading complex order-management implementations across regions.
Strong knowledge of ecommerce ecosystems and integration patterns.
Experience with marketplaces, warehousing, and logistics OMS integrations.
Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architectures.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end OMS delivery for multi-region programs.
Coordinate design, configuration, and rollout of an enterprise OMS platform.
Manage priorities, timelines, and dependencies across teams and vendors.
Collaborate with product, architecture, and delivery leads on scope and approach.
Integrate OMS with commerce, payment, warehouse, logistics, and service systems.
Oversee order lifecycle, returns, refunds, and pre-order workflows.
Ensure architectural standards, QA, and technical documentation.
Support feature planning, sprint execution, and release management.
Mentor team members on OMS practices.
Perform issue triage, risk mitigation, and rollout status reporting.
