Job summary

OLR is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale Oracle Retail and omnichannel implementations. You will guide cross-functional teams across regions, manage scope, timelines, and budgets, and ensure delivery excellence and high client satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and deep knowledge of software delivery lifecycles (Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid). Travel to support global projects may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Information Systems or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years IT/software project management experience, including 5+ years in large-scale Oracle Retail implementations.
• Proven track record delivering complex multi-country projects on time and budget.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional and distributed teams in a global delivery environment.
• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
• Excellent stakeholder and client management, including C-level interactions.
• PM certifications such as PMP, Prince2 preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and governance of large-scale Oracle Retail implementations.
• Define/manage scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets to meet objectives.
• Establish governance with risk, issue, and change management.
• Oversee plans and KPI progress, applying corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure documentation, reporting, and communication meet standards.
• Serve as primary liaison for senior client stakeholders and executives.
• Lead executive meetings and steering committees on status and strategy.
• Collaborate with internal leaders and technical teams to align outcomes with goals.
• Mentor multi-disciplinary regions and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability with transparent reporting.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and scope expansion.
• Apply OLR methodologies, quality standards, and best practices.
• Capture lessons learned and champion process improvements and agile delivery.
