Job summary

OP is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to lead ERP delivery for procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes. You will drive end-to-end planning, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and coordinate with OMS and partner teams to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

You will work onsite in Beverly Hills, collaborate with business stakeholders and technical leads, and hold delivery teams accountable for commitments and timelines. A strong background in retail/e-commerce and ERP/OMS is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience leading technology initiatives.
• Experience in retail, apparel, e-commerce, or related consumer environment.
• Hands-on ERP, OMS, or integrated enterprise application initiatives.
• Working knowledge of procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes.
• Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and sprint execution.
• Ability to communicate effectively with developers, leads, and business partners.
• Availability to work onsite in Beverly Hills five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery for ERP initiatives in P2P and O2C processes.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Establish delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and timelines; manage work through completion.
• Hold development and technical teams accountable for commitments and quality.
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies; escalate and resolve timely.
• Coordinate with OMS, ERP, e-commerce, procurement, and finance teams; gather requirements.
• Translate business needs into actionable work for technical teams; report status to stakeholders.
