Job summary

Hermès is seeking an eCommerce Operations Manager - Project Management to drive local implementations of SAP, OMS, and omnichannel initiatives. You will partner with IT, Retail, and Logistics to optimize workflows, lead testing and Go-Live, and deliver on enterprise project milestones.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 3–5+ years in a similar role preferred.
PM certification and experience in ERP/SAP projects required or highly preferred.
Familiarity with SAP S/4 Hana and OMS/WMS integrations is essential.

Responsibilities

Lead local implementation of eCommerce projects related to OMS, SAP, and omnichannel.
Propose site enhancements and optimize SAP-OMS interfaces for efficiency.
Ensure accurate flows between OMS and WMS; monitor pricing and data in SAP.
Collaborate with central IT and Digital teams across project lifecycles.
Develop comprehensive project plans with stakeholders; lead cross-functional task forces.
Lead testing, data migration, cutover, and Go-Live activities for new systems.
Create training materials; manage change initiatives and UAT.
Provide regular reporting on order processing KPIs and omnichannel performance.
Oversee inventory reconciliation and financial aspects within ERP and OMS.
