Job summary

Hermès of Paris seeks an eCommerce Operations Manager – Project Management to optimize workflows, lead OMS/SAP initiatives, and collaborate with IT and Retail teams. You will drive data flow, inventory reconciliation in the OMS, and ensure compliant, on-time project delivery.

The role requires experience with ERP projects, strong project leadership, and the ability to navigate multi-channel eCommerce environments. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BA or equivalent required with PM cert preferred.
• Experience leading ERP implementations and SAP S/4 Hana.
• Strong ability to manage complex cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead local implementation of eCommerce projects for OMS and SAP.
• Collaborate with central IT and Digital teams through lifecycles.
• Lead testing, data migration, cutover, and Go-Live activities.
• Develop project plans and coordinate across stakeholders.
• Provide training materials for system launches.
• Report on order processing productivity and KPIs.
