Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Sr. Assoc Manager, CP&A, Shopper Activation to lead omnichannel activation strategies for U.S. markets.

This remote role supports New Jersey, Illinois, Minnesota and Ohio, working with Customer Business Teams and brand partners to accelerate online and in-store conversion. You will develop business plans, drive activations, manage agencies and cross-functional stakeholders, and track key KPIs like market share and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in shopper, trade or brand marketing.
• Digital commerce and retail media experience a plus.
• Comfortable managing with ambiguity and changing scope.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Omnichannel business plans with Customer Business Teams and HQ planning teams.
• Drive omnichannel activations for Mondelez brands with CBT and HQ teams; manage agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Partner with retailers to improve digital commerce capabilities and activation roadmaps.
