Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking an Omnichannel Activation Senior Associate Manager to lead cross-functional activation across online and in-store channels. The role partners with CBTs, HQ teams, and external retailers to optimize content, search, and activation strategies for brands like Oreo, Ritz, Clif, and Sour Patch Kids.

The position emphasizes developing business plans, executing activations, and driving growth while navigating evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing or related field.
• Digital commerce and retail media experience a plus.
• Comfortable managing with ambiguity and changing scope.
• Strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to influence strategies and tactics with customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Omnichannel business plans in partnership with CBT and HQ teams; ensure eCommerce best practices are integrated into plans.
• Drive omnichannel activations for MDLZ brands with CBT and brand teams; manage briefs, ideas, and execution.
• Partner with retailers to improve digital commerce activation capabilities and roadmaps; assess capabilities and share learnings.
