Mondelēz International is seeking a Sr. Assoc Manager, CP&A, Shopper Activation to lead omnichannel activation and digital commerce initiatives for flagship brands from a remote US location.

You will develop cross-functional plans with CBT and HQ, driving eCommerce content, search, activation, and in-store online integration to accelerate growth. The role requires 5+ years in shopper, trade or brand marketing, with strong digital commerce and retail media experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in shopper, trade or brand marketing.
• Digital commerce and retail media experience a plus.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and changing scope over time.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute Omnichannel business plans in partnership with CBT and HQ teams.
• Drive omnichannel activations for MDLZ brands with internal and external partners.
• Partner with retailers to improve digital commerce capabilities and activation roadmaps.
