Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Sr. Assoc Manager, CP&A, Shopper Activation to lead omnichannel activation strategies across key US retailers. Remote-friendly role with preferred locations including New Jersey, Illinois, Minnesota or Ohio.

You will partner with CBT, HQ teams, manage briefs, agencies and drive digital commerce initiatives to grow brand presence online and in-store, with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Shopper, trade or brand marketing experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Digital commerce and retail media experience a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Comfortable managing with ambiguity and changing scope.
• Knows how to get things done through formal channels and informal networks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Omnichannel business plans with CBT and HQ planning teams.
• Drive omnichannel activations for Mondelez brands with agencies and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with retailers to improve digital commerce activation capabilities and roadmaps.
