Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks a Sr. Assoc Manager, CP&A, Shopper Activation to lead omnichannel activations across MDLZ brands and partners. This remote role supports New Jersey, Illinois, Minnesota, or Ohio locations, collaborating with Customer Business Teams and HQ planning to drive conversion.

The position requires 5+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and knowledge of digital commerce and retail media. A cross-functional, data-driven mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Shopper, trade or brand marketing experience preferred.
• Digital commerce and retail media experience a plus.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute omnichannel business plans with CBT and HQ planning teams.
• Drive omnichannel activations for MDLZ brands with agencies and cross-functional partners.
• Partner with retailers to improve their digital commerce activation capabilities and roadmaps.
