Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Sr. Assoc Manager, CP&A, Shopper Activation to lead omnichannel marketing activations for key brands. The role partners with customer teams and HQ planning to optimize assortment, content, search and activation across online and in-store channels.

Location is remote with preferences for NJ, IL, MN or OH. Expect to manage agencies and cross-functional stakeholders while driving growth and digital commerce execution across major brands like Oreo and Ritz.

Qualifications

• Shopper, trade or brand marketing experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Digital commerce and retail media experience a plus.
• Comfortable managing with ambiguity and changing scope over time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Omnichannel business plans in partnership with CBT and HQ teams.
• Drive omnichannel activations for Mondelez brands with strategy for conversion.
• Collaborate with retailers to improve digital commerce activation capabilities and roadmap.
