Mondelez International is seeking an Omnichannel Activation Sr. Associate Manager to lead activation across brands and key customers, driving online and in-store conversion and integrating digital commerce operations into everyday business management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of experience in shopper/brand marketing, and comfort with ambiguity as scope evolves with business needs. Remote across the US with preference for NJ/IL/MN/OH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in shopper, trade, or brand marketing.
• Experience with digital commerce and retail media is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute Omnichannel business plans with CBT/ HQ teams.
• Drive omnichannel activations, brief development, and execution with agencies.
• Partner with retailers to improve digital commerce activation and roadmaps.
