Job summary

Montcure, LLC is hiring an Operating Materials and Supplies-Remainder (OM&S-R) Manager to execute property and asset audit readiness for a U.S. Navy/DoD financial management organization. You will lead analysts, perform reconciliations, and coordinate with government counterparts to ensure E&C testing compliance.

The role requires a BS degree and 6+ years of related experience, with onsite work at Washington DC area facilities. Clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; additional two years of relevant experience may substitute for the minimum education.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in financial management, accounting, or audit readiness for government agencies.
• Experience supporting IPA audits, including preparing for audit walkthroughs and responding to PBC requests.
• Experience performing reconciliations and researching variances.
• Experience leading or supervising analysts and reviewing their work products.

Responsibilities

• Execute OM&S-R audit readiness tasks following established plans and timelines.
• Support Navy activity walkthroughs and respond to auditor PBC requests.
• Supervise analysts, assign tasks, review workpapers for SOP alignment, and track deadlines.
• Review quarterly reconciliations across APSR, Navy ERP, and the Trial Balance.
• Review Advana/Jupiter data scripts, document data discrepancies, and escalate needed changes.
• Perform root cause analysis of missing or inaccurate APSR records and draft site visit reports.
