Montcure, LLC is hiring an Operating Materials and Supplies-Remainder (OM&S-R) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead property and asset audit readiness support for a U.S. Navy / DoD financial management organization.

As a recognized expert in financial management, accounting, and Navy business systems, you will provide deep subject-matter expertise on OM&S-R existence and completeness (E&C), end-user determination, and reconciliation across the Accountable Property System of Record (APSR), Navy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or related field).
• 15+ years of experience in financial management, accounting, or government/business systems.
• Expertise in DoD/Navy property and asset accounting and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as OM&S-R SME and advisor to Navy financial leadership on audit readiness and remediation.
• Plan and direct E&C testing across multiple Navy site visits.
• Lead root cause analysis of missing/unsupported APSR records.
• Guide development of end-user determinations per policy.
• Direct reconciliations across APSR, Navy ERP, and trial balance.
