Montcure, LLC is hiring an Operating Materials and Supplies-Remainder (OM&S-R) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead property and asset audit readiness for a U.S. Navy/DoD financial management organization.

You will provide deep subject-matter expertise on OM&S-R existence and completeness, end-user determinations, and reconciliation across APSR, Navy ERP, Advana/Jupiter, and the Trial Balance. You will interact with government leadership at GS-15/SES levels, set technical direction for testing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 15+ years in DoD/Navy financial management or related government contracting.
Expert in DoD/Navy property accounting and audit readiness.
Experience planning E&C testing, root-cause analysis, and IPA audits.

Responsabilités

Serve as the OM&S-R SME and advisor on audit strategy and remediation.
Plan and direct existence and completeness testing across Navy site visits.
Lead root-cause analysis of missing or incorrect APSR records.
Oversee reconciliations across APSR, Navy ERP, and the Trial Balance.
Guide end-user determinations and develop related policy/training.
Direct end-to-end reconciliations across feeder systems and financial reporting.
Direct analyses of material variances and recommend corrective actions.
Establish standardized reconciliation templates, desk guides, and SOPs.
