Montcure, LLC seeks a Senior Manager for Operating Materials and Supplies-Remainder (OM&S-R) SME to lead audit readiness for Navy DoD financial management. You will guide audit strategy, EPA/IPA engagements, and remediation of findings, ensuring accurate end-to-end reconciliations within APSR and Navy ERP systems.

You will interact with senior Government leaders (SES/Flag) and set quality standards for analysts performing testing, data analytics, and reconciliation work.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in financial management, accounting, or related government sector roles.
• DoD or Navy property and asset accounting experience preferred.
• Experience planning and executing E&C testing and root-cause analyses.
• Experience supporting IPA audits and senior govt briefings.

Responsabilités

• Serve as OM&S-R SME and advisor to Navy financial leadership on audit readiness, strategy, and remediation.
• Plan and direct existence and completeness testing across site visits and large samples.
• Lead root cause analysis of missing or inaccurate AP records and review corrective actions.
• Lead internal and IPA walkthroughs to defend OM&S-R positions in audits.
• Develop end-user determination framework in line with SFFAS 3 and create related policy and training.
