Montcure, LLC is seeking an Operating Materials and Supplies‑Remainder (OM&S-R) Manager to execute property and asset audit readiness support for a U.S. Navy/DoW financial management organization.

You will manage the day-to-day work of analysts and coordinate with Government counterparts, preparing materials for leadership briefings. You will apply established testing procedures, reconciliation templates, and data scripts, ensuring E&C testing, floor-to-book procedures, and quarterly

Formación

• 6+ years of relevant experience in financial management, accounting, or audit readiness for government agencies.
• Experience supporting IPA audits, including preparing for walkthroughs and responding to PBC requests.
• Experience performing reconciliations and researching variances.
• Experience leading or supervising analysts and reviewing their work products.

Responsabilidades

• Execute OM&S-R audit readiness tasks under team leadership, following plans and timelines.
• Support internal and IPA walkthroughs at Navy activities and respond to PBC requests.
• Supervise day-to-day work of analysts, assign tasks, review work for SOP alignment.
• Review reconciliations using standardized templates and cross-check APSR, Navy ERP, and Trial Balance.
• Analyze data scripts and queries in Advana/Jupiter; document discrepancies and request logic changes.
• Perform root cause analysis of missing or incorrect APSR records and draft action items.
• Support E&C testing at Navy site visits; track samples and results.
• Conduct variance analysis and material movement reviews to inform leadership.
