Turner Construction Co. is seeking an experienced production leader for its xPL Offsite Manufacturing Facility in Decatur, AL. You will guide daily fabrication operations, coordinate resources, and drive safety and quality to meet schedule commitments.

You will mentor superintendents, partner with engineering and maintenance teams, and push for continuous improvement in throughput and efficiency while overseeing budget and training initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in fabrication, manufacturing, or construction production with at least 3 years in supervision.
• Deep understanding of fabrication processes, production planning, and resource management.
• Strong leadership, safety, and lean manufacturing knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily production activities of fabrication superintendents and ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Plan manpower, equipment, and materials to meet production schedules and optimize workflow.
• Drive safety engagement with the Safety team including toolbox talks and hazard assessments.
• Collaborate with QC to maintain first-pass quality and prevent rework.
• Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions to improve throughput and efficiency.
• Coordinate with plant leadership on short-term needs and long-term capacity planning.
• Coach and develop Superintendent team; foster accountability and teamwork.
• Work with Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, and Maintenance to resolve constraints.
• Ensure clean, compliant production areas and drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in budget planning and cost control for production operations.
• Assist onboarding and training of new employees to meet company standards.
