RRD is looking for a Senior Office Services Associate in San Diego, California. You will be responsible for providing essential back office services including reprographics and mail handling. This role requires strong customer service and organizational skills, along with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant field.

The position offers a pay of $22.50 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) plans. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ office services experience preferably in a legal, banking, or corporate environment.
• Skilled in using mail, phone, email, and digital reprographics equipment.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily back office services including reprographics and mail services.
• Ensure job tickets are properly filled out before beginning work.
• Meet contracted deadlines for all service delivery.
