Job summary

Nextpower LLC seeks a Senior Facilities Operations Manager to lead day-to-day soft services across its U.S. offices, ensuring clean, functional, and well-supported environments.

You will manage site-based operations staff, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and maintain service standards across locations. You will oversee reception, janitorial, pantry, mail, conference areas, and vendor contracts while aligning with Facilities Managers on hard-facilities work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in facilities operations or multi-site environments.
• 5+ years managing office managers, reception/front-of-house teams, or similar staff.
• Experience delivering soft facilities services across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities soft services across U.S. offices.
• Lead site-based operations personnel and ensure service delivery quality.
• Coordinate with IT, EHS, HR, real estate, and vendors to maintain standards.
• Manage budgets, POs, invoices and operating expenses for facilities.
