The Senior Facilities Operations Manager works closely with Facilities Managers who retain responsibility for hard facilities and technical building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building controls, infrastructure, etc. This position coordinates the operational impact of that work and ensures continuity of office operations but does not replace the technical responsibilities of the Facilities Managers. The role partners with Facilities, Real Estate, IT, EHS, Security, Procurement, HR and landlords/property managers among others to maintain consistent facilities service standards across the U.S. portfolio.

  • Demonstrated experience managing the day‑to‑day operation and service delivery of corporate offices, including reception, janitorial, pantry/food service, office supplies, mail/shipping, conference rooms, common areas, and other facilities soft services.
  • Experience establishing and maintaining consistent facilities operating standards, service levels, procedures, and inspection programs across multiple locations.
  • Strong experience managing facilities service vendors, contracts, performance, service levels, and corrective actions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage staffing, scheduling, coverage, employee performance, accountability, and development of site operations teams.
  • Experience working closely with IT, EHS, HR and Facilities Managers on r hard‑facilities issues.
  • Ability to recognize facilities issues, determine the appropriate escalation path, coordinate with technical resources, communicate impacts to office occupants, and follow issues through resolution.
  • Experience coordinating office moves, restacks, openings, expansions, renovations, furniture changes, and other facilities‑related operational changes.
  • Experience managing facilities operating budgets, purchase orders, invoices, vendor contracts, forecasts, and operating expenses.
  • Strong service orientation combined with the ability to maintain operational standards, accountability, consistency, and cost control.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑management skills with the ability to work effectively with employees, executives, Facilities Managers, landlords, vendors, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Highly organized, hands‑on, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple locations and competing operational priorities.
  • Ability to travel regularly among assigned U.S. facilities.

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job‑related reasons. The annual salary range for this position is $150,000.00-$1700,000.00. (Applicable to California)
