Job summary

All Seniors Foundation is seeking a Facilities Manager to keep our Los Angeles offices welcoming and safe. You will oversee day-to-day operations, lease coordination, vendor management, safety, and maintenance across multiple sites in the LA area.

This hands-on role requires strong budgeting, project-management, and emergency-preparedness skills, with opportunities for professional development and a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years facilities, office management, or operations experience.
• Strong vendor and project-management skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA, ADA, and emergency-preparedness standards.
• Bilingual ability a plus (Spanish, Korean)
• High school diploma; bachelor’s preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office operations including supplies, vendor visits, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with landlords on lease, repairs, and improvements.
• Maintain emergency preparedness (evacuation plans, first aid, AED maintenance).
• Oversee security, access controls, and visitor management.
• Manage budget for facilities, supplies, and minor capital improvements.
• Coordinate moves, build-outs, and ergonomic improvements
