Job summary

Phoenix Contact seeks a senior Manager of US Facilities Operations & Space Management to lead facilities operations, space planning, and strategic initiatives across supported U.S. locations.

The role combines leadership of the Infrastructure team with hands-on technical, design, and vendor management contributions to deliver safe, compliant, and cost-effective workplaces. The position oversees space concepts, renovations, relocations, and workplace transformations, including occupancy planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Significant experience leading facilities operations in multi-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities operations, space planning, and workplace programs across U.S. locations.
• Oversee capital projects, renovations, relocations, and workplace transformations.
• Develop and maintain BIM/AutoCAD layouts and 3D visualizations; manage internal/external design resources.
• Manage budgets, vendor performance, safety compliance, and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align facility solutions with business needs.
