This seasonal, non-exempt role requires a flexible 20-hour minimum weekly schedule, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends. You’ll be the friendly face of the TurboTax office, helping customers feel cared for and understood.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years in hospitality or customer-facing roles.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and set a welcoming tone for the visit.
• Understand needs and guide customers to the right service or expert.
• Support customer acquisition activities, including in-store events and networking.
• Follow up with customers to ensure questions are resolved and help is provided.
• Ensure smooth hand-offs and a personal, clear experience at every step.
