Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in offering strategy, monetization, pricing and packaging for B2B software or technology solutions.
• Experience translating customer and business needs into commercially viable offering structures.
• Experience developing and operationalizing commercial structures such as SKUs, price books, product catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Advance the commercial design of priority offerings with emphasis on repeatability and reuse.
• Develop cost models, offering economics, and pricing and packaging frameworks.
• Orchestrate cross-functional support to build commercially ready, repeatable offerings.
• Assess competitor pricing and monetization models to inform offering design.
• Define commercial pathways and delivery models for scalable offerings.
• Resolve commercial gaps, risks, and approvals for readiness.
• Help build monetization playbooks, checklists, and reusable tools.
• Manage products and solutions catalog and define Salesforce KPIs.
