Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Offering Strategy and Monetization Senior Manager to shape commercial design of priority products and solutions. You will coordinate pricing, packaging, licensing, and monetization with cross-functional teams to create scalable, go-to-market offerings.

We value a hands-on leader with 10+ years in offering strategy and related roles, a track record translating tech into commercial models, and a Bachelor's degree. U.S. citizenship is required for this facility.

Formación

• 10+ years in offering strategy, monetization, pricing and packaging for B2B software or technology solutions.
• Experience translating customer and business needs into commercially viable offering structures.
• Experience developing operational commercial structures such as SKUs, price books, and product catalogs.
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, finance, pricing, contracts, and legal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Advance the commercial design of priority offerings with emphasis on repeatability and reuse.
• Develop cost models, offering economics, and pricing/packaging frameworks with sectors, pricing, and finance.
• Orchestrate cross-functional support to build commercially ready, repeatable offerings.
• Assess competitor pricing and monetization models to inform offering design and strategy.
• Define commercial pathways and delivery models integrating Booz Allen IP and assets.
• Resolve commercial gaps, dependencies, risks, and approvals for readiness.
• Help build and scale monetization playbooks, checklists, and reusable tools across offerings.
• Manage the products and solutions catalog and define business requirements for Salesforce workflows and KPIs.
