Job summary

Mobility Global is seeking a Principal, OEM Sales & Marketing Strategy (Automotive) to partner with OEM leaders and translate analytics into commercial actions. You will drive loyalty and conquest initiatives, structure analyses across datasets, and translate insights into clear recommendations that improve sales performance.

You will present to executives, collaborate across teams, and continuously improve how analytics are delivered and adopted. A hybrid remote/on-site setup is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of automotive industry experience with OEM commercial priorities.
• Excellent customer relationship management and executive storytelling.
• Strategic thinker who can translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong presentation skills with clear, confident storytelling.

• Innovative mindset with interest in evolving insights delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic partner for assigned OEM clients—building credibility, trust, and long-term relationships.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales performance through loyalty and conquest strategies.
• Ensure client training, usage and engagement at targeted levels with measurable value.
• Translate VOC feedback to account teams and product management as appropriate.
• Lead analyses across datasets to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver high-impact loyalty and performance presentations.
