Job summary

You will drive the product strategy and sales growth to meet Execution and Mid-Term targets, while aligning with market trends and customer needs. The role requires building strong relationships with OEM personnel, coordinating with engineering teams, and representing the company at industry

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Technical Sales/Account Management.
• Strong time management and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of IAFT-16949 and ISO-14001 procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the commercial and strategic activities for North American OEM clients.
• Act as the primary liaison between Sanden and OEM customers across Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Service and Warranty.
• Build mutually beneficial relationships with key customer personnel.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Design Engineering to promote current products and develop new ones.
• Represent Sanden at trade shows, customer and dealer events, and industry conferences.
• Develop and execute a multi-year business plan and sales forecast for the North American OEM market.
• Coordinate marketing plans and create marketing materials to realize sales goals.
• Generate sales leads and translate them into new opportunities.
