Job summary

Sanden in Plymouth, MI seeks a Sales Account Manager to develop and manage commercial and strategic activities for key OEM accounts, align with product engineering, and drive the launch of new business.

You will support profitability targets, serve as the primary liaison between Sanden and customers, build lasting relationships, coordinate marketing and technical strategies, and help pursue long-term growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Entry level experience in Sales Account Management, Marketing and/or Program Management.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable business results.
• Strong time management and multi-project skills.
• Ability to interact with diverse customer personnel at all levels.
• Ability to work under deadlines and pressure with poise.

Responsibilities

• Support price and profitability targets for existing business and prepare business cases for new pursuits.
• Manage introduction of newly acquired business to satisfy customer requirements and profitability targets.
• Serve as focal point of communication between Sanden and OEM customers across departments.
• Build mutually beneficial relationships with key customer personnel.
• Collaborate with Sales Eng and Design Eng to promote current products and develop new ones.
• Execute business plans (monthly, yearly, 5+ years) and prepare monthly sales forecasts.
• Coordinate marketing plans and create materials to realize sales goals.
• Generate sales leads and translate into new business nominations.
