Job summary

Hyundai Capital America in Irvine, CA is seeking a Sr. OEM Pricing & Analytics Associate to support forecasting, reporting, and pricing for HMF and GF subvention programs. You will analyze data and create visualizations to optimize pricing for competitive programs.

You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales Ops, and OEM teams to ensure accurate forecasts, robust insights, and successful program launches across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years related experience with financial calculation and analytical frameworks.
• Experience pricing programs for a captive automotive finance company is a plus.
• Proficiency with Python/SQL/SAS and Visual Basic.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales Management, Business or Statistics.
• Ability to extract, analyze and independently derive insights from enterprise data.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Pricing Strategy & Program Execution for subvention programs.
• Perform pricing analysis and advise Product & Marketing on competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare OEM disclosures, regional offers, and post-approval execution within calendars.
• Drive pricing file validation and collaborate with Sales Ops and OEM teams.
• Develop forecasting and program analytics with data visualization.
• Collaborate across Product Development, Sales Operations, and OEM partners on strategic projects.
