Hyundai Capital America in Irvine, CA seeks a Sr. OEM Pricing & Analytics Associate to support forecasting, reporting, and pricing for HMF and GF subvention programs.

This role analyzes data, builds dashboards with Excel, SQL, and Tableau, and collaborates with Product, Sales Ops, and OEM teams to drive pricing strategies. Minimum 4–6 years of experience in financial analysis and pricing, with Python/SQL/SAS and VBA skills; a Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field is

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of financial calculation experience.
• Experience with pricing programs for captive automotive finance is a plus.
• Programming skills in Python/SQL/SAS and Visual Basic.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales Management, Business, Statistics or related field.
• Ability to extract, analyze and independently draw insight from data in enterprise databases.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform pricing analysis for all subvention programs and advise Product/Marketing on competitiveness.
• Assist with OEM disclosures, regional offers, and post-approval execution aligned with calendars.
• Drive pricing file validation and process improvements with Sales Ops and OEM teams.
• Assist end-to-end forecasting and program analytics for HMF and GF programs.
• Develop penetration trends and cost-per-unit analyses for stakeholders.
• Design department reporting and data access using Excel, SQL, Tableau.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Sales Ops, and OEM teams on strategic projects.
