Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Sr. OEM Pricing & Analytics Associate in Irvine, CA, to support forecasting, reporting, and pricing for subvention programs. You will provide data visualization, price guidance to product/marketing, and ensure compliance with program calendars.

The role requires 4–6 years of experience, Python/SQL/SAS and Visual Basic programming skills, and advanced Excel. Hybrid work arrangement includes 4 days in the office and 1 day remote, with strong growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of related experience with financial calculation and analytics
• Experience pricing programs for captive/auto finance is a plus
• Programming skills in Python/SQL/SAS and Visual Basic are required
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales Management, Business, Statistics or related field
• Ability to extract, analyze and independently draw insights from enterprise data
• Intermediate programming skills in Python/SQL/SAS and Visual Basic; strong MS Excel

Responsibilities

• Perform pricing analysis for HMA/GMA subvention programs and advise Product and Marketing teams
• Ensure accuracy of OEM disclosures, regional offers, and post‑approval execution
• Drive pricing file validation and process improvements with Sales Ops and OEM teams
• Support end‑to‑end forecasting and program analytics for HMF and GF programs
• Develop penetration trends and cost‑per‑unit dynamics for stakeholders including senior leadership
• Create and maintain department reporting using Excel, SQL, and Tableau
• Collaborate with Product Development, Sales Operations, and OEM teams on strategic projects
• Support KSOX documentation and control procedures related to subvention pricing and forecasting
