Job summary

Hyundai Capital America in Irvine, CA is seeking a Sr. Product Development & Data Analytics Associate to support product management, pricing, and incentives, leveraging data visualization and analytics to maximize sales efficiency.

You will work with Excel, SQL, Python and Tableau to analyze pricing, partner programs, and department performance, with hybrid work and a focus on accurate data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of financial calculation and pricing analytics experience.
• Understanding of automotive finance, retail and leasing a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and data visualization for pricing insights.
• Ability to extract and independently analyze data from enterprise databases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for management.

Responsibilities

• Support pricing optimization and management using data inputs and modeling.
• Perform pricing analytics and ad hoc analyses to identify opportunities.
• Develop department reports and data access using Excel, SQL and Tableau.
• Monitor non-prime products and partnerships with management.
