Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Sr. Product Development & Data Analytics Associate to support product management, pricing, and incentives.

The role focuses on analytical rigor, data visualization, and pricing optimization to drive sales efficiency across automotive financing products. The candidate will leverage Python, SQL, SAS, and Excel, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and help manage partner programs while contributing to performance analytics and reporting.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience with financial calculation and pricing analysis.
• Understanding of automotive retail, lease and financing is a plus.
• Experience with pricing programs for captive/auto finance companies is a plus.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, SAS, and Visual Basic.
• Experience with JD Power Navigator/Explorer is preferred.
• Ability to extract, analyze and derive insights from data in enterprise databases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for management presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support management, improvement and maintenance of products, programs, pricing and incentives.
• Perform business impact analyses and data visualization to maximize sales efficiency.
• Assist with pricing optimization and management across products and partnerships.
• Develop and design department reporting and data access using Excel, SQL and Tableau.
• Create competitive analyses using external data sources and effective data visualization.
• Maintain performance monitoring of non-prime products and partnerships.
