Job summary

Hyundai Capital America in Irvine, CA seeks a Sr. Pricing Operations Associate to support pricing programs and promotions, analyze data, and drive sales efficiency.

You will develop and launch pricing initiatives, produce performance reports for leadership, and collaborate with credit operations and risk teams. 4–6 years of analytics experience and strong Python/SQL/SAS skills are required.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience with financial calculations and analytics.
• Experience in automotive finance or pricing programs is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales Management, Business, Statistics, or related field.
• Ability to extract and analyze data from enterprise databases.
• Proficiency in Python/SQL/SAS.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong written and visual communication for management.
• Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with long hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and improve recurring product performance reports.
• Gather, report, and present data for executive updates and proposals.
• Create, summarize and present competitive analyses using external data sources.
• Develop, implement, and optimize pricing programs and promotions.
• Manage timely launch activities with validations and controls.
• Collaborate with credit operations and risk management on program issues.
• Monitor strategic initiatives and develop operational support for new products.
