Qualifications

• Bachelors’ degree is required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in OE Account Management, Automotive Engineering or Tire Development.
• High level English language communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience on OEM projects in multidisciplinary and international contexts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Travel up to 20% domestically or internationally; relocation may be offered.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: identify opportunities, prepare cases and quotations with KAMs and regional teams.
• Customer Relations: build relationships with OEM stakeholders and represent Continental in meetings.
• Demand Management and Fulfillment: forecast requirements and support delivery.
• Product Development: provide inputs for technical strategy and customer targets.
• Quality: ensure customer quality requirements and close topics with focus.
• Strategy: support regional and global KAMs in long-term OE strategies.
